Disabled vehicles and trailer block lane on Tremont

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports two disabled vehicles and a detached trailer on the left shoulder of State Route 16 near Tremont Street in Port Orchard, possibly causing a temporary lane blockage until the vehicles were able to leave and lanes reopened.
