Elderly man reportedly tried to attack woman

As discussed during the dispatch call, an apparent attempted assault was reported near an apartment by Old Town Road and Stonington Way. A woman reported that an unknown man, described as about 70 years old, tried to attack her about an hour and a half earlier.
