this has become a regular thing out here. registration and insurance are not required. they fly up and down the roads, found donuts, peeling out, hot braking. you see all the marks on the roads. it's ridiculous and annoying and dangerous. nobody does a thing about it. these are not children. sometimes teens. mostly adults.
