coming to from OH with a 74-year-old female, Chief Blank, chest pain down the left arm. A patient's got pain against version and next version as well. 12 lead that shows a paced rhythm. She does have a new pacemaker on the same left side of the chest and her pain is stated to be it. The pacemaker site has a large, probably half softball-sized hematoma through it. Pain on palpation as well. It's not discolored. Current heart rate 78 paced, blood pressure is 158 over 76, 18 non-laborate respirations. SPO 2 is 98 for them air, a 20-gauge IV in the left forearm for anything further. See in about two minutes once we get around the roundabout. County of M.Rs, needs to respond to 161, 161, counter row 462. Mother advised her three-year-old fell off of the bed. Now she's complaining about the back of her head hurting every time she tries to move it.
