Speeding pickup with child trying to escape cab

As discussed during the dispatch call, highway Patrol responded to reports of a silver Ford truck traveling eastbound at very high speed near Point of Rocks, Wyoming. A child was reportedly in the back seat trying to exit the cab while the vehicle was moving.
