Disabled vehicle on I-795 near exit 4

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a possible disabled-vehicle traffic stop on southbound I-795 just after exit 4 involving a gray Infiniti SUV, and requested a tow. The vehicle apparently did not hit the nearby cable barrier.
