Flooded intersection with stalled and abandoned vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a flooded intersection at Pleasant Street and Linden Street where a vehicle stalled in deep water. Occupants were reportedly helped out of the van, and responders later noted the vehicle appeared abandoned with water about waist deep around it.
