Man injured with dislocated elbow and altered consciousness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to Cook Family Park in Pleasant Grove for a 35-year-old man who reportedly crashed on a longboard, had altered consciousness, and a dislocated elbow. Units located the patient near the south end of the park along 400 North.
