Tractor trailer with blown brakes on I-95 near Pittsfield

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a tractor trailer with apparent brake problems just south of the Pittsfield exit on the interstate. The truck was reported to be off the road with service on the way and no crash noted.
