Woman yelling in street causes disturbance

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a female yelling and screaming in the middle of the street, causing a disturbance near North Street in Pittsfield. The woman, later identified by first name only, apparently left the area heading toward North Street. Radio traffic also mentioned a minor accident in which a vehicle sideswiped a sign and a separate motor vehicle stop near a local business.
