Rescue teams respond to vehicle in Mon River

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible water rescue near Second Avenue in Pittsburgh after reports of a vehicle submerged in the Monongahela River under the parkway. River rescue and dive operations were initiated to locate and recover the vehicle. Access for rescue teams was coordinated in the area beneath the bridge. One individual, a 52‑year‑old male, was reported in connection with the incident, though the relationship to the submerged vehicle remains unconfirmed.
