Possible jumper reported on eastbound I-8 at Pine Valley Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible jumper on eastbound Interstate 8 at the Pine Valley Bridge. A male wearing an olive green shirt and jeans with a backpack was seen walking toward the bridge and in the center divide. A black Chevrolet Camaro was pulled over on the right shoulder just west of the bridge.
