Suspicious person walking on Buffalo Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of possible suspicious activity involving a man on or near Buffalo Road. He was described as wearing blue cutoffs and a black sweater with a bandana design and was last seen walking toward East Ridge or back toward town.
