Man acts erratically, possible drug use at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked on an individual near Dundee Street in Piedmont following reports of erratic and potentially combative behavior possibly related to drug use. Multiple attempts to make contact at the residence were unsuccessful, though vehicles owned by the subject were present.
