73-year-old man has seizure and falls from bed

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a home near Brightwater Road in Phippsburg for a reported medical emergency involving an adult man who apparently had a seizure, fell from his bed, and was initially unconscious with breathing problems but was later reported to be breathing.
