Intoxicated family member causing disturbance at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were alerted to a domestic disturbance near Pleasant Street in Phillips. A caller reported an intoxicated family member with apparent mental health concerns was inside the home acting defiant, and the caller did not want the person around children at the residence.
