Driver harasses vehicles on I-15 and hits windshield

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received reports of a reckless driver in a black Honda Accord on northbound I-15 south of the Cajon scales. The driver reportedly brake checked a semi-truck and other vehicles and briefly exited the car to hit the reporting party’s windshield before driving away.
