Juvenile involved in crash left scene; welfare check requested

As discussed during the dispatch call, units requested someone/EMS to respond near Ferndale Avenue to check on a juvenile involved in a crash who reportedly left the scene and went home. The juvenile was initially reported shaken up and bleeding, but a later update said the juvenile reported via FaceTime that he was OK and did not need medical assistance; medic response was cancelled.
