Welfare check caller reports man returning to home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers discussed a possible welfare concern after a caller reported that a man from an earlier welfare check was walking back toward her residence near Travis Street in Peru. A unit started toward the location, then the call was later disregarded.
