Disabled boat stranded on Perry County lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units discussed a disabled boat on Perry County Community Lake in Perryville, Missouri. The caller reported their boat hit something, became inoperable, and was stuck in the middle of the lake but was not taking on water. Another boat on the lake was apparently assisting, and fire units were advised they could disregard.
