Man with lung and spinal cancer has breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and a paramedic unit were dispatched to a senior housing complex on Greenway in Perryville for a reported 67-year-old man with difficulty breathing, fluctuating consciousness, and a history of lung and spinal cancer. Units responded with an upgraded medical response for this apparent respiratory emergency.
