Woman not breathing after fentanyl overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews respond to a reported fentanyl overdose involving an adult woman who is not breathing near South Blue Oak Court, across from Oak Park Drive in Perry. CPR is in progress and police are on the way.
