Report of possible fire at Perris water facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units in Perris responded to a report of a possible fire at a large commercial water facility on Commercial Street. Squad 10 arrived and reported nothing visible and no evacuations while they investigated, and at least one additional engine was canceled from responding.
