Loud disturbance at Lovers Lane apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to an apartment on North Lovers Lane in Perkins for a reported disturbance. A caller reported an argument involving an elderly man who uses a wheelchair and another man, with yelling and items possibly being thrown and doors slammed. One man was reported to be possibly intoxicated.
