Driver possibly intoxicated leaves scene in minivan

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a woman in her twenties appearing intoxicated while driving a green minivan near West Corning Avenue. She reportedly yelled that she did not know where she was, then drove away and was later seen at a nearby intersection with her headlights off.
