Possible injury crash on I-80 near Penryn

This is in the lower central central valley fire and CHP responding for a possible injury accident, I-80 westbound just east of Penryn.

RP advising vehicle possibly hit him, but unknown where the other vehicle is.

Advising that his vehicle is up the side of the hill, but sounds very confused.

Again, fire and CHP en route.

Just east of Penryn, proceed on scene.
