Driver unable to maintain lane on Route 14A

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified about a gray Dodge pickup reportedly unable to maintain its lane while traveling southbound on Route 14A and later seen near Liberty Street in Penn Yan. A caller requested a welfare check on the driver.
