Man in ski mask reported near green and white fields

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man in his twenties wearing a ski mask and black clothing near fields off West Main Street in Pen Argyl. The caller said he was walking eastbound from a nearby factory and holding an unknown object that might be a weapon. Units were advised to check the area.
