Unattended running vehicle reported on James Street ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a parking ramp off North James Street in Peekskill for a report of a black Volvo SUV with New York plates that had been left running and possibly unattended for several hours. Units searched the ramp levels and eventually located and checked the vehicle near the upper levels of the structure.
