Man unconscious and bleeding from mouth at rest area

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to the northbound Willow Creek rest area along I-39 in Paw Paw for a man found unconscious and bleeding from the mouth in the truck parking area. He was reported to be breathing but unresponsive.
