Vehicle in pond with person pulled from water

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports an unoccupied vehicle crashed into a pond near the (number withheld) block of Wellman Road off Fairfield in Thompson Township. One person appears to be in the water and rescuers are reportedly trying to get him out, with it unknown if anyone else is in the vehicle.
