Debris falling from SUV and trailer on I-40 eastbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised to look for a maroon Ford Expedition towing a trailer on I‑40 eastbound near milepost 170 by Parks, Arizona, after reports that trash or debris was flying out of the vehicle into the traffic lane.
