Broken refrigerator water line at Cleveland Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked on a woman at a home on Cleveland Street in Paris after a possible water issue was reported. They found an apparent broken water line to a refrigerator ice maker and contacted the utility company to shut off the water.
