False fire alarm at multifamily building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews checked a three-story multifamily building in Palos Heights after an alarm went off during vent and insulation work. No fire was found, and the alarm issue appears related to a trouble status and battery backup problem on the panel. A separate ambulance lift assist was dispatched to a nearby address on 71st Avenue.
