Man bitten by snake suffers numbness and chest pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a trail area near South Shore Drive in Palmyra for a reported 35-year-old man who believed he was bitten by a snake and was experiencing loss of feeling on his right side and chest pain. Responders used provided GPS coordinates to locate the patient along the Ice Age Trail near a rock formation known as Stone Elephant.
