Domestic argument with self-harm concerns reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an upper apartment near North First Street in Palmyra for a reported domestic argument between a woman and her husband. The reporting mother said the husband was shouting and has possible mental health issues, including talk of self-harm, and she was worried he might harm others. It was unknown if alcohol, drugs, or weapons were involved. The reporting party planned to arrive in a blue Mitsubishi Outlander.
