Person having chest pain and anxiety on trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a medical emergency on the Ice Age Trail near Young Road and Bald Bluff. A person reportedly had chest pain, difficulty breathing, and a possible anxiety attack after using psychedelic drugs. A friend reported that the person feared they were going to die, and the person was transported to a hospital.
