Juvenile damaging property at Palmyra residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to assist with a juvenile disturbance at a residence in Palmyra involving a 13-year-old boy who was reportedly belligerent and damaging property. No weapons were reported, though the boy apparently threw an object at a television.
