Car hits tree on Highway 19 near college

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a one-vehicle crash where a car reportedly hit a tree on Highway 19 near the college. The driver was out of the vehicle, and EMS was notified and headed to the scene on the west side of the county.
