Welfare check requested for missing brother

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies are conducting a welfare check for a man whose phone location has reportedly shown him at a Tesla charging station in the East Washington area of Liberty for several weeks, even though he is known to drive a gray or silver Honda Accord and lives on a college campus near Lake Erie.
