The car wasn’t put in park (driver forgot to) because for some reason the woman was outside the car and the driver got out to help her or something and the car rolled over her arm but didn’t have enough force to finish going over it so it sat on there. I believe her arm was shattered or something because it took days for the power washing to get all the blood off the parking lot
