Water heater fire in mobile home, smoke reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported water heater fire at a mobile home lot along Lower Old Highway 6 near Oxford. The fire was reportedly out before arrival, with smoke present. All occupants were outside, and there were reports that several cats might still be inside. Firefighters checked the single-wide home and found no active fire showing from any side.
