Suspicious person follows woman into house

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man who apparently tried to follow a woman into a house near Scott Street and 12th Street, then was last seen walking toward Upper 11th. He was described as bald, larger in build, tan, wearing gray shorts and a dark blue shirt.
