Damaged trash bucket reported at Smothers Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, a worker at Smothers Park reported that a trash container on the left side near the entrance appears to be split and leaking liquid onto a truck windshield when lifted, and requested a possible replacement container.

Hey, down here at Smothers Park, the bucket on the left as you pull up in there, it's got a big old split in the front of it in the wheel, and it's when you pick it up, liquid is coming all out on the top on front of my windshield and stuff.
