Small fires reported near Van Buren & North Outlook with downed wire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded near Van Buren and (North) Outlook in Outlook after a branch and a dangling wire were reported at the corner with possible sparking. Crews also reported fire on the ground threatening a nearby building and referenced multiple small fires in the area while establishing command and working to contain them.
