Person rescued after fall at Devils Punchbowl

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews activated a rope rescue team at Devils Punchbowl State Natural Area for a reported fall and possible surf rescue. A drone later located the person on the west side of the area, and the individual was confirmed to be moving on the beach and not in the water.
