Great, I'm trying on route at 2146, 130, West of Haskey Street, per previous calls, guessing apartment 8. I do have law en route. had about six 911 hang-up calls when finally a male gave me the address of 130, (name withheld), and then hung up. Per previous, he's a 40-ish-year-old male. He does have ETOH[1] issues, cardiac history, per previous 911 calls. 825 central in-rope. 2147. Law is on scene.
