Report of impaired driver with children in vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible DUI involving an open container and a family dispute, where a father reportedly tried to take his children into a vehicle on Route 257 south area. The driver was said to be in a black Honda Pilot and may have been heading toward a home near East High Street in Ostrander. Later radio traffic suggested the call may have been a false report after only a door opening and closing was seen.
