As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported fire alarm activation at a location near Chickville Road in Carroll County. Around the same time, emergency medical units responded to a possible alcohol detox–related medical issue involving an adult man on Wintergreen Ridge Road.
