Report of possible impaired driver following car

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded in Osceola to a report of a gray Toyota Corolla being followed by a red Dodge Dakota whose driver was possibly distracted or intoxicated while heading into town and then north on Highway 69. An officer later located the Corolla in the 600 block of North Main Street and followed it for a short distance, reporting that everything appeared okay.
